Donating to Lake means that you are investing in both the arts and environmental awareness.

Like most cultural organizations, Lake Publishing Society relies on grants and donations to make up the shortfall between revenues and expenses. We do not yet have a charitable number, but we welcome people interested in contributing as volunteers, members, and as donors.

We would welcome interested people to join Lake Publishing Society as a member to help us plan for the future:

Don't Say It

You admire the wild grasses
for their reticence.
When you cut across the dusk for home,
the meadow is more beautiful
for all it keeps inside it.
Syllables of seeds catch in your socks
but they don’t need to say
Thank you, friend,
even if you’ve carried them
for miles.
